It's All About You: Introduction

It’s all about you. That’s right, not Jane Doe or Joe Bloggs, not your neighbour, boss or kids, this month it’s all about you.
Because thinking about yourself and attending to your own needs first often puts you in a better position to be there for other people. It’s just like being in an aeroplane emergency; you always secure your oxygen mask before helping others!
Hopefully you’re not in a crisis situation. You might not have a care in the world and that’s great. “It’s all about you” is simply about recognising where you are in life right now and giving you the tools to take advantage of the opportunities and possibilities of the future. When we talk about “you”, what exactly does that mean? What makes up you?
To help us answer that question, we met with Tricia La Bella, an Adelaide life coach who is dedicated to creating programs and tools to help guide your life. Tricia has a unique approach to change, which isn’t about just trying to cram more in, but doing less to achieve more.
Over the next four weeks you will have the tools to begin to uncover what is really going on with ‘You”. By learning to honour what Tricia calls the S.O.E © – Self, Others and Earth you will make clearer decisions, better choices and feel more aligned with who you truly are.
