Gift Box

Why not personalise your gifts and make your own presents? These gifts from the heart are perfect for relatives, especially grandparents who appreciate the thought that goes into gift-giving.

Read on to discover how to make your own box, such as the one we made for a party table setting.

  

What you need:

Any sized or shaped box (we used an Asian take-out box), Intrinsic scrapbooking paper, Intrinsic scrapbooking journal block, scissors, craft glue and any decorations that inspire you.

Step-by-step:

STEP 1: Measure your box and cut a strip of your base paper to wrap around the box. We used 'Pistachio Daisies' as our base strip.

STEP 2: After wrapping and gluing this base strip around the box, cut out a coordinating word from an Intrinsic journal black, such as 'magic', and glue on the front of the box in a position you like.

STEP 3: Cut out another coordinating word or image, and glue this embellishment on the top of the box.

STEP 4: Decorate with any other embellishments that inspire you!

 

 

• Use your box for a party table setting, with some lollies or chocolates inside to treat your guests!
