Jamie
(aka J-Bomb, Mission Control)

Job: Founder
When I started: March 13, 1996
My Favourite Intrinsic item has been:
I do love them all, but I will choose two- our greeting cards because they are genuine and the words touch your heart and the intuition box because it is so powerful.
The best part of my job at Intrinsic is
Providing opportunities for people to make a difference
My fondest childhood memory
Anything that involved sport, spending holidays with my cousins
My parents always told me

To do my best
When I was a child I always wanted to be
A footballer/cricketer/golfer/ anything to do with sport.
The thing most people wouldn’t guess about me
Very competitive
If I wasn’t me
I would be invisible
My first paid job
Picking the eyes out of potatos –I received about 20c per bag- It took about an hour per bag.
If I had a super power
I would instill happiness into people’s lives.
Savoury or sweet?

Some days its savoury then others it’s definitely very sweet – I like to be flexible
Diamonds or pearls?
Not sure which one would look the best on me
If I won a million dollars
I would have a couple glasses of red wine then wait a few minutes and see if it was just a dream. Ah then yes it’s time to donate some and time to enjoy some.
On my last holiday I went to
Sailing the Whitsunday Islands with Adèle – believe it or not I was “skipper”- anyway I believed I was skipper
My dream holiday destination
There are so many beautiful, amazing and historical places in the world so you just need to travel more and more and enjoy
Three words that best describe me

Genuine, competitive, passionate
I’m most proud of
Sam, Livvi, Adèle, and Intrinsic.
My most memorable fancy dress costume
Pink ballerina tutu –I was only 5! More recently a Jimmy Hendrix appearance, and also a long hair cool groovy platform shoe flair pant sexy hippy guy- I liked him!
I got in the worst trouble when
My cousin and I were smoking in our family’s shed and it caught alight
My dream home
On a hillside, home fire burning, sound of crashing waves, peace, space, warm and cool, views, glass all around, stairs, soft and loud music, red wine, say no more.
I was out of my comfort zone when
I realised I actually had to walk on hot coals
My most foolish decision
If you listen to Adèle there may be many but I don’t think I’ve made one yet
My best decision

Attending a function where I became ‘aquainted’ with Adèle
Three people I’d like to have dinner with
Nelson Mandela, Sonia Gandhi, Queen Rania of Jordan and in case someone can’t make it, Bono.
My most cherished possession
A sense of humour
Famous people I’ve met
Anyone who has been a part of the Intrinsic journey
Things I haven’t told my mother

I’ve left home
The animal I’m most like
A ‘smallish’ lion- soft on the outside but strong inside
What you really think of Adèle
Well here goes – yes she is a… and also by the way … and did I tell you about the time… sorry I could go on for hours but in a word ……beautiful
